After barely a year Michael Hallén announced that he will resign as CEO of Boss Media. Speculations about the cause of his resignation is said to depend on GTECH's purchase of Boss Media.
- We deeply regret that Michael chooses to resign, he has been a very good leader and has made very significant progress with the company, says Jan Stocklassa, Boss Media's Chairman of the Board.
Michael Hallén expressed how satisfied he was over the results achieved during his leadership:
- I have enjoyed my time at Boss Media from day one. I will leave the company proud of what we achieved together.
The person replacing Hallén now will be Rahul Parekh, formerly head of the GTECH group, and he looks forward to this challenge.
